Eubert Marc T. Hilario (MTH) is a Senior Counsel of the PPP Group.

He assists in guiding teams and proponents on land development and reclamation, particularly in the Visayas region.

A member of the New York bar, MTH practiced law on tax, immigration, and litigation in the State of New Jersey prior to joining Libra Law.

MTH worked in the State of New Jersey’s DCP&P-litigation department (2012 to 2017) and clerked for the Superior Court of New Jersey (2010 to 2012). At the same time, he also maintained law office in the same State.   

Before moving to the United States, he worked in a Philippine law firm, handling civil and criminal litigation for more than a decade. 

MTH obtained his Master of Laws (2017) from the Villanova University School of Law in Pennsylvania.  He received his Bachelor of Laws (1998) from San Beda University and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Divine Word University of Tacloban.

He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1999 and the New York State Bar in 2009.
