Eric Emmanuel C. Pasion (ECP) is a Senior Counsel of the Corporate, Tax, Construction and Special Projects Group.

ECP advises local and foreign corporations on joint venture agreements, investment incentives and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Libra Law, ECP practiced corporate governance and compliance, sitting as corporate secretary and director to a number of corporations. He has also practiced commercial litigation, appearing before the regular courts and quasi-judicial and administrative bodies.

In 2014, he was the corporate legal counsel and business advisor to Meridian International Maritime Inc. In 2017, ECP joined Elevate Services, Inc. as part of its Global Corporate Legal Team, where he worked on process improvement and technology integration. He also advised several entrepreneurs and start-ups.

ECP graduated from the University of the Philippines with degrees in psychology (2006) and law (2011). He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012.
