Andrei Bon C. Tagum (ACT) is Senior Counsel of the Litigation and Arbitration Group.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in litigating civil, criminal, and administrative cases.

Before joining Libra Law in 2015, ACT was engaged in extensive litigation, appearing in regular and appellate courts, including Sandiganbayan, and administrative and quasi-judicial agencies such as Ombudsman and Comelec.  He also served as Assistant Vice President for Legal Affairs of the AMA Group of Companies (1998 to 2001).

ACT is also a leader of the Philippine Bar, currently serving as a Commissioner on Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).  In addition, he also served as president of the Rotary Club of San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City (2013 to 2014).

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (1991) Bachelor of Science in Political Science (1986) from the University of the Philippines.  He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1993.
