Daryl Ann R. Tan (DART) is a Junior Counsel of the PPP Group.

She provides assistance to project teams and proponents engaged in reclamation and land development, particularly involving regulatory and environmental compliance.

She handles legal liaison and advocacy work at the Philippine Reclamation Authority, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and other government agencies.

Before joining Libra Law, DART served as legal officer for Double Dragon Properties Corp., working on corporate and real estate transactions.

DART obtained her Bachelor of Laws from San Beda University and Political Science degree from the De La Salle University. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. She is also a licensed real estate broker.
