Junior Counsel
Angelo Francisco B. Piedra (AFP) is a Junior Counsel of the Corporate, Tax, Construction and Special Projects Group.
He provides assistance on disputes involving intra-corporate relations, construction law, intellectual property, credit, tax, and bank liquidation. AFP also assists PPP teams involved in rail and land development.
Before joining Libra Law, AFP practiced corporate and securities law as well as tax litigation. In 2018, he assisted the Consultative Committee to Review the 1987 Constitution.
AFP obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines in 2016 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Minor in French Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2008. He holds two diplômes d'études en langue française from the Ministry of Education of France. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
