Gonzalo D. Malig-on, Jr. (GDM) is Senior Counsel for the Visayas Region.

He provides assistance in the development of PPP projects in the region, particularly in regulatory compliance and corporate work. He  brings to  the table over   20 years of  experience in law practice and deep immersion on issues involving local governance and legislation.

Prior to joining Libra Law, GDM served as Chief of Staff to  a Member of the House of Representatives.  He was  also  legal consultant at the Department of the Interior and Local Government  and Cebu Provincial Board.

A leader of the Bar, GDM served as the Governor of the IBP Eastern Visayas Region and President of IBP Cebu Chapter.

GDM is also part of the academe, teaching subjects in Constitutional Law, the Bill of Rights, Election Law, Administrative Law and the Law on Public Officers at the University of San Jose Recoletos, Cebu City.
