Danilo B. Sinugbuhan (DBS) is a Senior Counsel for the Visayas Region.

He provides assistance in the development of PPP and special projects in the region, performing legal liason and advocacy work with local governments and regional government agencies.   

He is also special counsel for four multinational companies located in the Mactan Economic Zone in Lapu-Lapu City.

DBS also draws upon his extensive experience in local governance, having served as Vice-Mayor of the Municipality of Cordova Cebu for three consecutive terms (1998 to 2007). He also served as Secretary-General of the Vice Mayor’s League, Cebu Province.
