Nathaniel P. Malit (NPM) is a Junior Counsel of the firm.

He is part of the Corporate, Tax, Construction, and Special Projects Group, where he guides clients in complying with requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining Libra Law, NPM was a liaison officer at another established law firm, handling corporate compliance obligations and other requirements of various government agencies.  He was a corporate secretary of a digital solutions firm and another that specialized in electoral campaigns.

NPM obtained his degree in Juris Doctor (2020) and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (2014) from the University of the Philippines (U.P.) – Diliman.
