Frente Sur L. Melliza (FLM) is Junior Counsel of the Litigation and Arbitration Group.

FLM assists in civil, criminal and administrative cases before regular and appellate courts, including Ombudsman, Comelec, Sandiganbayan and the Supreme Court.

FLM is also part of PPP teams involved in land development and reclamation.

He is Associate Editor of the IBP Journal.

FLM earned his Juris Doctor (2018) from the University of the Philippines (U.P.). He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (2014) from the U.P. College of Engineering. A graduate of computer science, he is consulted on legal matters related to information technology.

He joined the Philippine Bar in 2019.
