John Eric Floyd C. Pacamarra (FCP) is a Junior Counsel of the Public Private Partnerships Group.

His experience involves handling civil, criminal, administrative, tax, labor and election disputes before the regular and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals, National Labor Relations Commission, Ombudsman, Sandiganbayan, and Commission on Elections.

FCP also serves as Senior Financial and Economic Analyst for the Libra Konsult assisting in tollways and land development projects, drawing from his experience as an analyst for one of country’s leading conglomerates engaged in tollway operations.

Before joining Libra Law, FCP was an associate at a Makati-based law firm, specializing in litigation.

He is an Associate Editor of the IBP Journal.

FCP obtained his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law with Second Honors distinction in 2017.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.
