Virginio C. Gener, Jr. (VCG) is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate, Tax, and Special Projects Group. He also assists the Litigation and Arbitration Group in handling disputes involving corporate law.

A veteran of 30 years of corporate law practice, VCG guided clients on corporate matters, from contract management to credit transactions.

Prior to joining Libra Law, VCG served as a corporate adviser and Legal Manager and Officer to financial institutions, retail and construction companies.

Prior to entering corporate practice, VCG worked as Branch Clerk of Court in the Regional Trial Court in Malolos Bulacan.

VCG earned his Bachelors of Law (1990) from the Ateneo De Manila University and his Bachelor of Arts Major in History and Political Science from De La Salle University. He is also a licensed real estate broker.
