Armesh N. Agunday (ANA) is a Junior Counsel of the Litigation and Arbitration Group.

Before joining Libra Law, ANA worked in a leading tax law firm based in Ortigas, where he rendered tax advisory services in major business transactions and represented clients before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Court of Tax Appeals, and Supreme Court.

ANA also served as in-house counsel for a major conglomerate with interests in various business sectors, including real estate development, construction, and hospitality. As in-house counsel, he handled corporate advisory work and represented the conglomerate in civil, criminal, and administrative cases before the regular and appellate courts, as well as quasi-judicial bodies, such as the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission, Commission on Audit, and National Labor Relations Commission.

ANA obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bicol University. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
