Ariel Rocelle B. Dayu (ABD) is a Junior Counsel of the Public Private Partnerships Group. 

She provides assistance in regulatory and environmental compliance for PPP and other corporate projects.

Before joining Libra Law, ABD worked in the National Privacy Commission (NPC), where she assisted in drafting decisions, resolutions, and other official issuances.

ABD obtained her Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2021. She received her degree in Legal Management, Minor in English Literature, from the Ateneo de Manila University. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
