John Rafael P. Atienza, CPA, MBA

Senior Counsel

John Rafael P. Atienza (JRPA) is a Senior Counsel of the PPP Group.

He provides assistance in regulatory and environmental compliance in PPP and other corporate projects.

As a Certified Public Accountant and a holder of Masters in Business Administration, JRPA brings his financial expertise and training in international equities and investments in providing financial analysis to PPP and corporate clients.

 He has worked as a tax specialist and auditor at SyCip Gorres Velayo (Ernst & Young). He finished courses on equities markets at the Caylum Trading Institute and managed pooled funds of portfolio investments.

He taught Business and Accountancy courses at the De La Salle University (DLSU).

JRPA obtained degrees in Accountancy and Philosophy at the DLSU in 2014. He obtained his dual Juris Doctor-MBA degree in 2017 under the consortium of DLSU and Far Eastern University. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.
