Paul Nathan A. Beira (PNB) is an Associate in the Corporate, Tax, Construction, and Special Projects Group. PNB advises clients on matters such as tax advisory, corporate compliance, and construction contracts.

Prior to joining Libra Law, PNB practiced as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in tax compliance and advisory for seven years. He started his career as a Tax Associate in a leading audit firm until he moved as a Tax Manager to another firm. During this period, he handled tax due diligence reviews, tax preparation, tax compliance reviews, compensation planning, tax structuring, and tax advisory.

After obtaining admission to the Philippine Bar, PNB joined an established law firm based in Makati City, where he handled legal due diligence, restructuring, and tax advisory in M&A transactions. He also advised clients on corporate, tax, banking, and securities law.

PNB obtained his Accountancy degree from the Ateneo de Zamboanga University in 2010 graduating Magna Cum Laude, and his Juris Doctor degree from UP in 2021, graduating Cum Laude. He became a CPA in 2010 and gained admission to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
