Gabriel Jose Maria D. Vera Cruz (GVC) is an Associate of the firm. GVC provides assistance in Corporate projects as well as regulatory and environmental compliance for PPP engagements.

Prior to joining Libra Law, GVC was a Research Assistant in Technology Law and Policy Program of the UP Law Center. His research involved the potential regulatory framework in cryptocurrency and the practice of using video-conference hearings in court.

GVC obtained his Juris Doctor from the UP College of Law in 2023 where he was the Logistics Head of the UP Law Bar Operations from 2020-2021. He received his Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.

He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024.
